Motor Vehicles – Light Trucks. The Municipality Of Karlshamn Intends To Procure Three (3) Light Trucks. The Trucks Must Be Used For The Transport Of Foodstuffs With Requirements For Both Refrigeration And Heating. The Transports Include Ready-Made Food That Is Distributed In Mobile Heaters And Refrigerators. The Trucks Are To Be Used For Deliveries To Both Preparation And Reception Kitchens As Well As For Direct Distribution Of Food To Users In Their Homes. The Vehicles Must Therefore Be Adapted For Regular Driving In Both Built-Up Areas And Residential Areas And Enable Efficient And Safe Handling Of The Load When Unloading. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure A Reliable And Qualitative Transport Solution That Maintains Food Safety, The Right Temperature And Good Quality All The Way From Production To Final Recipient.
