The Ordering Party Offers A Contract Regarding Standard Software And Associated Services For Use In Data Management And Office Administration. The Contract Includes Standard Software Which Must Renew Or Replace The Customers Existing Microsoft Licenses And Which Is Otherwise Compatible With The Customers It Environment. The Customers Existing Licenses Expire On 31 March 2026 And Must Be Renewed Or Replaced Before This Date. The Contract Also Includes Maintenance And Support Of The Standard Software As Well As Associated Services Related To The Use Of The Standard Software, Including Installation, Configuration, Advice Etc. Reference Is Made To The Tender Documents Annex 1, Annex 4 And Annex 4.A. For An Elaboration Of Which Standard Software And Which Services Are Procured.
