The Upper Franconian Student Union Intends To Build On The Property With Area No. 120/45, Entered In The Land Register Of The Kulmbach District Court (Sheet 2282), Blaich District, To Build A New Building For A Student Dormitory At Hugo-Hesse-Straße 3 In 95326 Kulmbach. This Student Residence Must Have 75 Individual Apartments With A Size Of 20 M² To A Maximum Of 21 M² As Well As 11 Car Parking Spaces As Well As An Additional Wheelchair-Accessible Car Parking Space And 75 Covered Bicycle Parking Spaces. The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Procurement Of Total Contractor Services With All Required Planning Services From Hoai 2021 For All Required Service Profiles From Hoai 2021 For The Turnkey Construction (Planning And Construction) Of The Student Residence In Kulmbach.
