The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of A System For Creating Medical Documentation In Electronic Form With Integration With The Ordering Partys His System, Along With The Provision Of Warranty And Maintenance Services For A Period Of 36 Months. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Conduct A Pre-Implementation Analysis Of The Currently Existing Medical Documentation In Paper Form (Forms) At The Ordering Party; 2) Delivery Of Equipment Enabling The Implementation Of The Functionality Of The System Indicated In Section 1 Above – Screens With Tabletop Holders (50 Pieces), Mobile Tablets (35 Pieces); 3) Delivery Of Licenses For The Software Comprising The System Referred To In Section 1 Above (85 Pieces Of License); 4) Supply Of Licenses For Integration With The His System (Amms - Asseco Poland S.A.) Of The Ordering Party; 5) Installation And Implementation Of The System Along With Integration With The Existing His Amms System Environment By The Ordering Party; 6) Conducting Training In The Administration And Use Of The System For The Ordering Partys Employees, No Less Than 30 People; 7) Preparation Of Electronic Form Documentation, No More Than 300 Forms; 8) Providing Warranty And Maintenance Services For The Installed And Implemented System For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol, Without Any Reservations. 3.
