The Meat Is Supplied From The Hip Part (Rear Thighs). With Each Delivery, A Veterinary Certificate (Form No. 2) Is Provided For A Consignment Of Goods, Issued By A Veterinary Inspector For Animal Products, As Well As An Examination Certificate After Slaughter Of Livestock With Markings On The Date Of Production. Delivery By Specialized Vehicle (Refrigerator Or Thermal Bottle). There Should Not Be More Than 5 Days Between The Date Of Slaughter And Delivery Of The Goods.
