The Object Of The Procurement Are Coffee Machines And Related Maintenance Services As Well As Products For All Of The Institute Of Occupational Healths Offices In Helsinki (Two Different Offices), Turku, Tampere, Kuopio And Oulu. The Procurement Covers For The Customer The Right To Use Coffee Machines As Well As Maintenance Services For Coffee Machines, Coffee Beans And Tea For The Duration Of The Contract Period. The Customer Does Not Buy Coffee Machines, But Receives The Coffee Machines He Needs From The Supplier For A Fee. The Supplier Is Responsible For Procuring And Delivering Coffee Machines For The Customers Use, Maintenance And Repairs, And Other Obligations Regarding The Maintenance Of Coffee Machines. Coffee Machines Can Be Offered Either With Leasing Financing Or By Renting. Ownership Of The Coffee Machines Will Not At Any Point In The Contract, Or After That, Pass To The Customer. The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement Is 120,000 Euros. Based On The Competition, One Supplier Will Be Selected, With Whom A Five-Year Fixed-Term Contract Will Be Concluded. After The End Of The Fixed-Term Contract, The Contract Continues Indefinitely.
