Entities In Finnish And Swedish: - Preparation Of A Participation And Evaluation Plan - Preparation Of A Plan Draft And Plan Statement - Preparation Of A Plan Proposal And Plan Statement - Filling In The Statistical Data Form During The Proposal Phase And Completing It After The Plan Is Approved - Summary Of Received Statements And Opinions/Reminders - Preparation Of Drafts Of Responses To Received Statements And Opinions/Reminders - Participation In Resident And Following Information Sessions - Possible Negotiations With Landowners And Authorities, Etc. - Preparation Of Possible Observation Photos - The Task May Include The Evaluation Of Necessary Reports - Background Reports And Other Possible Tasks Related To The Planning Process And Zoning Are Always Agreed Separately - Some Assignments May Require An On-Site Visit. The Materials For Each Plan Phase Are Delivered To The City In The Following Formats: - Participation And Evaluation Plan; As A Word And Pdf File - Formula Explanation; As A Word And Pdf File - Formula Map With Regulations; As A Cad And Pdf File The Plan Map And Regulations Must Be Drawn Up In Accordance With The Regulations In Force. The Coordinate System Is Gk24 And The Height System Is N2000. The Ground Map Is Provided By The City. The Plan Map And Regulations Must Also Be Drawn Up In Swedish And Finnish. Both Language Versions Must Be Proofread And Ready For Preparation When Delivered To The City.
