Their focus mainly revolves around three main areas of intervention: Public Spaces, Good Governance and Arts & Cultural Heritage. 2- Operational Objective NAHNOO is seeking a qualified contracting company to undertake the maintenance of 1 public garden in Karantina, Beirut, Lebanon. 3- Scope of Work The project will target the maintenance of 1 public garden, in Karantina, Beirut, Lebanon. Deadline for Submission of offers is 10 February 2026. Letter of commitment to begin implementation works no later than 17 February 2026. Clear and detailed work timeline submitted using Gantt chart model. 5- Payment Terms 20% upon receiving a detailed work plan with timeline (Gantt chart), the safety procedure to be followed on site and completion of 20% of works (as per the approved work plan and upon validation from NAHNOO through CA). 40% upon completion of 60% of works (as per the approved work plan and upon validation from NAHNOO through CA). 40% upon completion of all works (as per the approved work plan and upon validation from NAHNOO through CA).
