Tenders are invited for Design and Built Upgrading of Hanimaadhoo Agriculture Centre (HAC) Facilities Non-Refundable Registration Fee of MVR 1,500.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa One Thousand Five Hundred) or USD 100.00 (United States Dollar One Hundred) Minimum average annual construction turnover of USD 2,500,000.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years. Construction Experience Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least 2 contracts that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last 5 years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation under each contract exceeds USD 1,500,000.00.
