Tenders are invited for Providing Equipment, Furniture for 532 WUAs/DCs/PC) (P-448) Bid Security () @2%: 4,76,000 The Bidder/Contractor/Firm who enlisted or Registered in appropriate class or category by State/Central Government departments or may be a natural person, private Entity, government-owned Entity having organizational structure like firm/Company having all required resources to carry out of work of similar type (as per section III of RFP bid document) are eligible to participate in the bid. 2- Bid document can be downloaded from website http://eproc.rajasthan.gov.in. & http://sppp.rajasthan.gov.in. Detail of this tender notification can be seen in NIB exhibited on website www.water.rajasthan.gov.in, www.dipronline.org. and http://sppp.rajasthan.gov.in. Bids are to be submitted only online in electronic form on website http://eproc.rajasthan.gov.in 3- Bidders are compulsorily required to deposit sums required against bid security for the amount as specified above, tender document fees 1000/- ( For works Sr. No. 1) , 5000/- (For works Sr. No. 2) and RISL bid processing fees 500/- (For works Sr. No. 1), 2000/- (For works Sr. No. 2) For work separately or in consolidation (Bid security/Tender Document Fees/RISL bid processing fees or whatever may be the combination) on e-GRAS, online government of Rajasthan revenue receipt system at web portal https://E-Gras.raj.nic.in/ following procedure as suggested below: (i) Bidders are required to register as registered user on E-Gras web portal. (ii) Create profile with Department (214 water resources department (CE, Hanumangarh) for separate challan payments for bid security, tender Document Fees and RISL bid processing fees) paid separately. (iii) The consolidate payment for (Bid security amount/Tender Document Fees/RISL bid processing fees) can be made directly through service challan option at portal.
