EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) Resident Consultancy Services for water supply schemes in Kogi State, and preparation of tender documents. 3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT Evidence of certificate of incorporation with CAC, including all the forms and documents. 1.1. business Name is also acceptable for services: Evidence of the companys income Tax clearance certificate (or personal income tax clearance certificate of all the partners, in case of a business name) for the last three 3 years (2022, 2023 & 2024), valid till 31st December, 2025. Company audited accounts for the last three (3) years 2022, 2023 & 2024. Evidence of registration with the Kogi State Bureau of Public Procurements. Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. Company profile with the CVs of key staff to be deployed for the project, including a copy of the academic and professional qualifications. Verifiable documentary of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officers of the relevant committee of the Kogi State Ministry of Water Resource or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or Present Director, shareholder, or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all the information presented in its bid is true and correct in all particular. Services: evidence of the firms current registration with relevant regulatory professional body(ies). All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the company/firm. 4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the standard Expression of Interest (EOI) Form from the procurement department in room 217 Ministry of Water Resources Lokoja, Kogi State upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N25, 000.00 paid in favour of the Kogi State Government account in any commercial bank for invitation to tender only.
