Tenders are invited for Provision of External Audit Services. 1. Scope of the Services The scope of the audit assignment includes: Statutory audit of the SACCOs financial statements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA); Review of internal controls, compliance, and governance systems; Issuance of an independent audit opinion and management letter; Presentation of audit findings to Management and/or the General Assembly, if required. Non-Refundable Tender Fee: A non-refundable tender fee of RWF 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs) is required.
