Tenders are invited for Provision of Professional Services for Enterprise Solutions, Data Center Services and Cybersecurity Location: Kigali 1.Broadband Systems Corporation Plc (BSC Plc) is a licensed Internet Service Provider (ISP) that is incorporated under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda.
