1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of The Social And Cultural Center At Ul. Turystyczna 3 In The Scope Of Adaptation Of Existing Buildings: At Ul. Turystyczna 3 And Ul. Radosna 6 (Former Bakery) Along With The Immediate Surroundings And The Construction Of The Necessary Infrastructure Networks To Ensure The Functioning Of The Future Center. 2. The Task Is Expected To Be Co-Financed From The Special Fund Of The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism In Connection With The Organization Of The Xxvi International Scout Jamboree 2027 In July 2027.3. The Material Scope Of The Works Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task, Including In Particular The Elements Listed Below: 1) Conducting Archaeological Research And Archaeological Supervision During The Implementation Of The Task; 2) Carrying Out Demolitions On The Investment Site And In Existing Buildings, In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 3) Carrying Out Specialist Supervision; 4) Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Structure Of Building No. 3, Including: Construction Of An Underground Floor With Foundations, Replacement Of Ceilings, Lintels And Replacement Of The Roof Truss;5) Construction Works Related To The Adaptation Of Buildings To New Functions In Accordance With The Accessibility For People With Disabilities, Including The Construction Of Facilities For The Former Bakery Building;6) Replacement Of Roof Coverings And Insulation Of The Above-Mentioned. Buildings And Thermal Insulation Of Walls From The Inside;7) Reconstruction Of The Wooden Veranda Of The Main Building;8) Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery To The Historical Model;9) Construction Of Internal Installations (Water And Sewage, Heating, Mechanical Ventilation, Electricity, Telecommunications);10) Finishing Of Building Interiors Including The Delivery And Installation Of Permanent Equipment;11) Finishing Of Building Facades;12) Construction Of Sanitary Networks With A Water Retention System Rainfall (With Rain Gardens);13) Construction Of Infrastructure Networks In The Investment Area;14) Development Of The Area, Including, Among Others: Parking Lot, Small Architecture, Garbage Bin, Sidewalks And Area Lighting;15) Reconstruction Works, Planting Greenery And Cleaning Works, Together With The Transfer Of Elements Of Small Architecture From The Investment Area To The Area Of Plac Przyjaciół Wyspy Sobieszewskiej.
