Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care Services For Clients Of The Social Services Center In Skarszewy As Part Of The Grant Project Titled Social Bonus
1. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Involves The Provision Of Care Services For Clients Of The Social Services Center In Skarszewy, Performed At The Clients Place Of Residence In The Period From April 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Taking Into Account The Individual Situation Of The Persons To Whom The Above-Mentioned Services Will Be Provided, As Part Of The Project Entitled Social Bonus And The Implementation Of The Communes Own Tasks Pursuant To Art. 50 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended). The Following Provisions Apply To The Provision Of Services: A) Art. 50 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended);2. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Provision Of Care Services For Clients Of The Social Services Center In Skarszewy In The City And Commune Of Skarszewy In The Period From April 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services Referred To In Art. 50 Section 3 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance For Cus Clients In The City And Commune Of Skarszewy In An Estimated Amount Of 4,640 Hours, In The Period From April 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.4. The Services Referred To In Section 1 The Contractor, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Will Provide Services On Working Days And Public Holidays (Saturday, Sunday And Holidays) 7 Days A Week.5. Duration Of Services: 1 Hour Of Service Equals 1 Clock Hour, I.E. 60 Minutes. 6. The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Should Be Understood Only As The Actual Time Of Providing Services Without Preparatory Activities, I.E. Without The Time Needed To Get There. 7. Number Of Hours 4,640 Given In Point 3 Is An Estimated Number, The Amount Of Services Provided Is An Estimated 580 Hours Per Month For A Total Of Approximately 25 People. 8. The Number Of Hours May Change Because It Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Needs Due To The Changing Health Condition And Life Situation Of People Requiring Help.9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Hours Of Care Services Provided Depending On The Actual Needs And Financial Possibilities. The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Will Be Determined Based On The Gross Price Of 1 Hour Of Care Services Given In The Offer. Changes In The Number Of Hours And Reduction Of The Contract Value Do Not Require An Annex To The Contract. As Part Of The Offer Price, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Number Of Hours Ordered. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration For The Number Of Hours Of Services Actually Provided And Will Not Make Any Claims Regarding The Implementation Of The Remaining Part Not Ordered By The Ordering Party.10.
