Subject Of The Order 1) Delivery Of Dolomite Road Aggregate With A Fraction Of 4-31.5 Mm For Maintenance Works On Internal And Municipal Roads (Road Widths From 3.00 M To 9.00 M).2) Technical Parameters: The Aggregate Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13242 Standard.3) The Demand For Aggregate Is Estimated At 3,500 Tons Of Fraction 4 - 31.5 Mm.4) The Final Amount Of Aggregate Will Be Determined After Conducting The Tender Procedure And Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer. However, The Ordering Party Reserves That The Final Quantity Of Aggregate Delivered Under This Order Will Vary By A Maximum Of +/- 30% From The Estimated Quantity. 5) Delivery Date - Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Depending On The Needs, Upon Each Notification By The Ordering Party By Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail, No Later Than 3 Days Before The Required Delivery Date. The Order Will Include; Date And Time Of Delivery, The Amount Of Aggregate Required And The Capacity Of The Means Of Transport.6) Transport, Depending On The Width Of The Roads And The Configuration Of The Terrain (Steep Slopes), Will Be Carried Out By Cars With A Capacity Of 8 To 20 Tons With Side And Rear Discharge. Daily Demand Quantity About 200 Tons. 7) Aggregate Delivery From 8.00 A.M. To 2.00 P.M. 8) Some Of The Roads To Which The Aggregate Will Be Transported Have No Crossings (Blind), Intersections And Curves At An Angle Of 900, On Internal Roads The Property Fences Are Placed On The Border With The Road On Which The Aggregate Will Be Poured.9) Delivery Should Be Understood As: The Purchase, Loading, Transport And Unloading Of Aggregate At Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Konopnica Commune And All Related Costs.10) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Storing The Delivered Material On The Site.
