Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Reagents And Laboratory Materials

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Reagents And Laboratory Materials.4.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into Four (4) Parts, Including:4.2.1. Part I – Reagents,4.2.2. Part Ii – Laboratory Materials.4.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Product And Price Specification, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Specification). 4.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be New And Originally Packed.4.5. The Subject Of The Order Should Have Safety Data Sheets/Quality Certificates/Calibration Certificates Or Certificates.4.6. The Documents Referred To Above Will Be Obliged To Be Provided By The Contractor To Whom The Order Is Awarded To The Ordering Party Along With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order.4.7. The Shelf Life Of Reagents/Warranty For Laboratory Materials Should Be At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party.4.8. To Confirm That The Products Offered By The Contractor Meet The Requirements Described In The Swz, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of A Completed And Signed Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Product And Price Specification - Together With The Offer (In Accordance With The Principles Of Point 13.2 Of The Swz). 4.9. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered By The Contractor In Packaging That Protects Against Damage And Contamination And Allows For Storage During The Warranty Period Specified By The Contractor Or Manufacturer.4.10. The Contractor Will Be Liable For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party Resulting From The Transfer Of The Subject Of The Order Contrary To The Provisions Of The Swz Or In Breach Of Diligence Or Compliance With Safety Rules.4.11. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer.4.12. A Contractor Who Offers Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 4/13. If An Equivalent Subject Of The Order Is Offered, The Contractor Should Attach To The Offer Data Enabling Its Comparison With The Properties (Features, Parameters) Of The Product Mentioned In The Specification (Technical Specifications, Certificates, Quality Certificates, Etc.). 4/14. If An Equivalent Product Is Used, The Contractor Should:4.14.1. Demonstrate That The Product Offered By Him Meets The Requirements Enabling The Ordering Party To Continue Its Scientific Research Without The Need To Perform Additional Activities (Procedures), Including, For Example, Calibration Of Devices, 4.14.2. Demonstrate That It Will Not Increase Costs Due To The Need To Purchase Additional Consumables,4.14.3. Assume Responsibility For Damage To The Equipment Resulting From The Use Of The Offered Equivalent Product, Based On The Opinion Issued By The Authorized Service Of The Equipment Manufacturer.4.15. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Offered Subject Of The Order With Properties (Features, Parameters) Meeting The Requir
