B) The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Ordering Party With A Permanent Service, 24 Hours A Day, Consisting Of: - Operating A Telephone Exchange, - Operating A Concierge Desk, - Operating A Parking Lot, - Comprehensive Protection Of Facilities, - Securing Property Against Criminal Activities, In Particular Against Theft, Burglaries And Other Forms Of Taking Property Outside The Controlled Zone, - Undertaking Necessary Interventions In The Event Of A Threat To People And Property, Ensuring The Safety Of Employees And People On The Premises, Interventions In The Case Of People Disturbing Order. In The Event Of Employing Employees Who Are Not Authorized To Apply Direct Coercive Measures, The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Call Patrol And Intervention Crews, - Immediately Inform The Ordering Partys Authorized Employees About All Events Occurring On The Premises, - Exercise Continuous Supervision (Security) Consisting Of 24/7 Monitoring Of The Facilities Local Alarm System And Intercepting Alarm Signals. In The Event Of An Alarm, Action In Accordance With The Attached Procedure, Annex No. 4, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Electronic Monitoring Devices, Including Cctv And Fire Protection. (With Respect To The Fire Alarm Panel. The Ordering Party Will Provide Training) Of Facilities Owned By The Ordering Party. The Contractors Employees Are Obliged To Undergo Fire Protection Training. And Evacuation Procedures, No Later Than Within 7 Days From The Date Of Commencement Of Work. The Ordering Party, After Prior Arrangement, Allows The Contractor To Install The Contractors Monitoring System. Carrying Out Other Orders Of The Hospital Management Board Or A Designated Person Related To The Implementation Of The Tasks Of The Security Services. Ensuring 24-Hour Readiness Of Patrol And Intervention Crews, Which Will Take Active Protective Measures Immediately After Receiving A Report, No Later Than 15 Minutes After Receiving Information About The Event By The Contractor. In The Absence Of Its Own Patrol And Intervention Crews, The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Conclude A Contract With An External Company With Appropriate Authorizations.
