The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Establish A Dynamic Acquisition System (Das) For The Sake Of Responsiveness, In Order To Conclude Specific Contracts Aimed At The Long-Term Rental Of New Vehicles (Two Categories Are Concerned: Service Vehicles And Company Vehicles) With, Possibly, A Possible Purchase Option Depending On The Needs Of Meldomys. Each Specific Contract May Be Awarded To The Tenderer Who Submitted The Best Bid On The Basis Of The Award Criteria Indicated By The Buyer During Each Consultation. The Criteria Will Be Specified And Will Be Weighted (Total Of 100 Points) For Each Specific Market During The Consultation.
