The Act Concerns The Implementation Of A Network Of Actions With The Aim Of Improving The Effectiveness Of Social Integration Actions And The Fight Against Poverty, Discrimination And Social Exclusion, Through The Methodical And Functional Integration Of Interventions, Monitoring And Coordination Of Social Cohesion Actions Implemented In The Region Of Central Macedonia (Pkm), Both By Pkm And By Other Agencies And Social Networks. In Particular, The Act Concerns The Creation And Operation Of A Regional Social Policy Support Mechanism In The Pkk, Which Also Includes The Governance Of The Network Of Structures And Actions (Regional And Municipal Structures, Co-Financed Social Structures, Civil Society Structures, Other Bodies And Actions That Are Implemented) With The Aim Of Providing Integrated And Value-Added Services To The Beneficiaries.
