Purpose Of The Contract The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Ensure The Accessibility And Safety Of Road Users In The Province Of Flemish Brabant Along The Region And Its Appurtenances By Carrying Out Maintenance And Repair Work On The Existing Green Heritage And Carrying Out Periodic Cleanliness Maintenance. The Total Length Of The Road Sections To Be Treated Is Shown In The Detailed Inventory Attached To These Specifications. The Assignment Mainly Includes: - Carrying Out Management And Maintenance Work On The Existing Grass Verges And Planting (Mowing Verges, Shearing Hedges, Maintenance Of Planting Areas, Etc.); - Pruning And Felling Line Trees Along The Regional Roads; - Limited (Re)Planting Works And The Maintenance Of These Plantations During The Guarantee Period; - Picking Up And Removing Litter; - Carrying Out Cleanliness Maintenance Work On The Surfaces Of Roads And Cycle Paths (Sweeping Surfaces, Cleaning Traffic Islands And Elevated Paved Structures); - Cleaning Street Gullies, Aqua Drains And Research Wells; - Clearing Ditches; - Profiling Verges By Excavating; - Repairing Damage To The Green Heritage (After Accidents) And Regarding Cleanliness Maintenance (Illicit Dumping, Etc.); - Carrying Out Management Works (E.G. After Storm Damage, Etc.)
