The Subject Of The Order Entitled Reconstruction Of The Chapel Of Dyminy Building In The Ethnographic Park In Tokarnia Along With Land Development - Stage I Is To Carry Out The Following Construction Works: 1) Earthworks And Foundations With Insulation; 2) Construction Of A New Foundation For The Floor Made Of Stone Slabs From Aggregate Fractions 31.5/63 And 0/31.5; 3) Reconstruction Of The Structure Of The Facility (Walls, Ceiling, Roof Truss) From Existing Elements Qualified For Re-Installation After Prior Cleaning And Impregnation, Together With The Possible Supplementation Of Damaged And Missing Elements As New Ones According To The Existing Pattern And Type Of Wood;4) Assembly Of The Existing Bell Structure After Prior Cleaning And Impregnation, Together With The Possible Supplementation Of Damaged And Missing Elements As New Ones According To The Existing Pattern And Type Of Wood;5) Construction Of New Counter Battens And Battens And A New Covering Made Of Split Aspen Shingles Impregnated With The Immersion Method And Laid In Two Layers;6) Formwork Of The Bell Tower Along With Sheet Metal Flashings And Its Topping With A Reconstructed Forged Cross;7) Construction Of A New Wooden Floor In The Attic;8) Construction Of An Electrical Lightning Protection System And An Earth Electrode For The Low-Voltage Electrical Installation;2. The Order In Question Does Not Include: 1) Execution Of The External Facing Layer Of The Foundations From Pińczów Limestone; 2) Execution Of Internal Plinth Plasters As Single-Layer Intended For Historical Buildings Based On Renovation Plaster; 3) Execution Of New Cladding From The Outside And Inside Together With The Reconstruction Of Eaves Boards Above The Foundation, Unification Of The Level Of The Under-Window Boards, Stripping Of All Corners And Making A Decorative Frieze In The Eaves Zone Throughout Perimeter;4) Construction Of A New Ceiling From Boards And Lime Plaster On Reeds;5) Reconstruction Of The Stone Floor, Communion Step, Steps In The Main Door And Sacristy Threshold From The Existing Elements After Prior Cleaning On A New Foundation, Along With The Construction Of A New Additional Step Inside And Outside Due To The Difference In Levels;6) Building In All The Existing Window And Door Joinery After Prior Cleaning/ Strengthening/Consolidation;7) Execution Of Electrical Installations Beyond The Scope Specified In Section 1 Point 8); 8) Construction Of A Stone Band Made Of Split Limestone On A Sand-Cement Ballast; 9) Construction Of A Wooden Fence With A Gate, Stylized For A Historical Building Marking The Area Around The Chapel; 10) Construction Of Communication Routes From Split Pińczów Limestone.3.
