The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 194.4 Kwp Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, Security Automation And Telemechanics For A Small Photovoltaic Power Plant. The Installation Will Be Located On The Roof Of The Building And On The Slope Next To The Swimming Pool. The Slope Area Should Be Properly Prepared By Clearing The Land, Cutting Down Trees, Removing Waste, And After Completing The Construction Of The Installation, Geotextile Should Be Placed In The Installation Area. The Order Also Includes, Among Others: Construction Of A Fence Along With Area Lighting And Monitoring. Note: • The Ordering Party Submitted An Application For A Replacement Building Permit, Two Documents Were Attached To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, One From The Basic Building Permit And The Other From The Replacement Building Permit. The Work To Be Performed Should Be Valued In Accordance With The Replacement Documentation Of The Building Permit.• After The Work Is Completed, The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore The Surface, Including The Reconstruction Of Lawn Surfaces In The Swimming Pool Area By Laying A Roll Of Lawn, So That The Lawns Are Immediately Usable.• The Ordering Party Submitted An Application To Cut Down Trees From The Investment Area (In Conflict With The Designed Installation), Which The Contractor Should Cut Down And Price As Part Of The Works Performed.
