Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care Services At Home In The Opalenica Commune

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services At Home For Residents Of The Opalenica Commune, In Accordance With The Scope Established In The Administrative Decision Granting The Benefit. The Order Will Be Implemented From March 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Services Are To Be Provided On Working Days, Holidays And Holidays, From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. The Estimated Number Of Hours Planned For The Duration Of The Basic Contract Is Approximately 6,600 / Year. 1 Hour Of Services Provided Is 60 Minutes - The Actual Time Of Their Provision, Including The Provision Of Services To The Beneficiary Outside His Or Her Place Of Residence, E.G.: Arranging Matters In Institutions, Time For Shopping, Filling Prescriptions, Reporting Medical Appointments, Taking Him To Health Care Facilities, Or Dealing With Important Matters For The Beneficiary. The Time Needed To Provide Services Does Not Include Travel Time Or Time To Reach The Beneficiary. The Number Of Hours And People Under Care Indicated Above Are Estimates. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order And The Impossibility Of Accurately Estimating The Number Of People And Hours Of Providing The Above-Mentioned Services, The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Number Of People And Hours May Change, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party Identified During The Execution Of The Contract And Will Be Settled Accordingly. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect Or It Will Not Constitute A Refusal To Complete The Order. The Scope Of Care Services Depends On The Needs Of The Beneficiary And Includes Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygienic Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor (Only And Exclusively In Cases That Do Not Require Specialist Qualifications Or Medical Training Of The Caregiver) And, As Far As Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment, In Particular: Meeting Everyday Life Needs: A) Shopping For Necessary Art. Food, Hygiene And Industrial In The Nearest Store,B) Reporting Medical Visits And Laboratory Tests - Going With The Beneficiary To The Doctor Or Laboratory.C) Assistance In Preparing And Eating Meals.D) Keeping Sanitary Facilities, Household Appliances, The Beneficiarys Room Clean - Without General Cleaning.E) Bringing Coal, Water, Burning In The Stove/Kitchen.F) Payments For Benefits: Rent, Telephone, Energy, Radio, Tv, Banking Operations, Others.G) Dealing With Matters Official Duties, Reporting Repairs To Home Appliances. H) Maintaining The Beneficiarys Psychophysical Fitness, Support With Dressing, Walks, Delivering Books And Newspapers. I) Organizing Neighborhood Contacts. J) Taking Bed Linen And Clothes To The Laundry, Light Washing And Ironing Of The Beneficiarys Clothes. K) Filling Prescriptions And Administering Medications Solely On The Basis Of Information From The Doctor About Their Dosage. Hygienic Care: A) Washing And Bathing The Beneficiary. B) Help In Maintaining Personal Hygiene. C) Making The Bed, C
