The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Consisting In Cutting Down Bushes And Self-Seeding Trees Forming Bushes Growing In The Lanes Of District Roads In The Lubin District, Including: Roadside Ditches, Slopes And Roadsides. The Scope Of Work Includes: Felling, Removal Of Cut Biomass And Disposal Of Waste After The Work, Chipping, Grubbing Up Roots And Milling Of Roots And Stumps Up To 10 Cm Below The Ground, Marking The Area During The Work, Restoring The Surface Of The Area (Supplementing With Topsoil, Aggregate With Compaction), Sowing Grass, Tidying Up The Area After The Work Is Completed. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Acts Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Conservation, Technical Knowledge, And Experience Of The Contractor, As Well As In Accordance With The Swz And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Ordinance At The Expense And At The Expense Of The Contractor.
