1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Original Consumables, I.E. Toners, Inks And Drums For Printing Devices For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Mechanical Engineering Of The Warsaw University Of Technology. The Contractor Will Provide Brand New, Unused And Not Previously Regenerated Consumables For Printing And Copying Devices, The Production Of Which Does Not Use Components Previously Used, Supplemented Or Processed, And Will Provide A Guarantee Of The Suitability Of All Consumables For Use. The List Of Ordered Toners, Inks, Drums, Etc. Is Included In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Offer Form, Which Is Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And Constitutes Its Integral Part. In The Assortment And Price Form, The Contractor Will Offer A Unit Price For Individual Items.
