The Subject Of This Order Are Accommodation And Catering Services As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Industry Skills Center In The Field Of Electronics At The Complex Of Technical And General Education Schools In Jarosław2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two (2) Parts Carried Out Under The Following Names: 1) Part No. 1: Accommodation Services As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Industry Skills Center In The Field Of Electronics At The Complex Of Technical Schools In Jarosław. And General Education In Jarosław;2) Part No. 2: Catering Services As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Industry Skills Center In The Field Of Electronics At The Complex Of Technical And General Education Schools In Jarosław.3. The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order Is Accommodation Services For Training Participants, Trainers, Trainers, Lecturers, Experts, Conference Participants, Participants Of The Bcu Council And People From Bcu Working Teams In The District. Jarosławski.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.5. The Accommodation Service For Training Participants, Trainers, Lecturers, Experts, Conference Participants, Participants Of The Bcu Council And People From Bcu Working Teams Will Include Approximately 1,000 Nights Accommodation, Including Breakfast, In The Jarosław District.6 20%, In Relation To The Estimated Number Of Overnight Stays (1,000), Of Which The Contractor Will Be Immediately Notified. An Increase In The Number Of Overnight Stays Will Require An Appropriate Annex To The Contract. 7. The Maximum Number Of Participants Using The Accommodation Service At The Same Time Will Not Exceed 50 People. 8. The Training Will Take Place From Monday To Sunday, Excluding Holidays, And Usually In A Two-Day Schedule Will Be Obliged To: 1) Provide Accommodation For The Persons Referred To In Section 3 In Single, Double Or Triple Rooms, With Separate Beds, Equipped With A Bathroom, Access To Hot Water, Heating And Basic Furniture (Bed, Wardrobe, Desk/Table, Chair); 2) Provide Access To The Persons Referred To In Section 3 To A Free Wi-Fi Network; Accommodation Services;4) Ensuring The Possibility Of Accommodation Of Participants In The Afternoon (From 3:00 P.M.) And Check-Out Until 11:00 A.M. The Next Day;5) Maintaining Cleanliness In Common Areas;6) Ensuring The Safety Of Participants In Accordance With Applicable Regulations;7) Immediately Providing Information By Telephone Or E-Mail To The Ordering Partys Representatives About Any Problem Related To The Accommodation Service.10. Conditions Regarding The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order That Should Be Met By The Contractor: 1) Road Distance The Hotel Where Accommodation Services Will Be Provided Cannot Be More Than 15 Km From The Seat Of The Industry Skills Center In The Field Of Electronics At The Technical And General Education School Complex In Jarosła
