1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For The Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Including The Following Equipment: I. Sand And Salt Spreader Ii. Rear Boom Arm And Heads Cooperating With The Arm: Mowing And Circular Sawing Heads, Iii. Snow Plow, Iv. Road Grader,V. Onboard Leaf Vacuum Cleanervi. Disc Harrow With Roller, Vii. Single-Axle Trailer, Viii. Two-Axle Trailer (Tandem).1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Delivery, Transport, Unloading To The Pickup Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Training Of People In The Operation Of The Equipment. 3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Fully Operational, Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties And Is Not The Subject Of Any Court (Enforcement) Proceedings Or Security, And Must Also Comply With Applicable Standards And Have The Necessary Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With Applicable Law. 4. These Documents Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 5. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least 2 Business Days Before Its Planned Commencement. 6. The Seller Provides A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order: Min. 24 Months. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide Periodic Service (Free Of Charge) - In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations. The Warranty Covers: All Physical And Hidden Defects Of The Equipment, All Costs Related To The Removal Of Defects And Failures During The Warranty Period, Including: Labor, Spare Parts, Consumables Necessary To Perform The Repair, Service Travel To The Place Of Use Of The Equipment. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Bears The Costs Of All Required Warranty Services Provided By The Manufacturer (Periodic Inspections, Replacement Of Oils, Filters, Consumables Necessary To Maintain The Warranty). Repairs And Warranty Services Will Be Carried Out At The Place Of Use Of The Equipment Or - If Necessary - The Contractor Will Transport The Device To An Authorized Service Center And Back At Its Own Expense. (The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers).
