1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Transportation Of Disabled Students From The Wadowice Commune To Schools And Special Institutions, Including Care During Transport.2. The Contractor Accepts An Order For The Transport Of Disabled Students From The Wadowice Commune To Schools And Special Facilities, Including Care During Transport. The Driver Cannot Supervise The Delivery, At Least 3 Drivers Are Required To Complete The Order. The Care Of Students During Transport Is Organized And Provided By The Contractor; At Least 3 Guardians Are Required To Complete The Order. Daily Delivery Or Other Days Of The Week Depending On The Organization Of The 2025/2026 School Year. Approximate School Hours Are From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. The Service Will Be Performed With The Contractors Fleet. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Means Of Transport To The Order In Order To Carry Out The Transport In Accordance With The Route Schedule In Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract With Appropriately Marked Buses. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Safety Of Students During Transport To School And On The Way Back To Their Place Of Residence.3. The Ordering Party Allows For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order By Smaller, Appropriately Marked Buses Or Minibuses Providing An Adequate Number Of Seats For The Transported Group Of Children And Their Guardians. The Use Of A Smaller Bus Or Van Should Be Agreed With Individual Schools Specified In The Child Transport Schedule Constituting An Annex To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
