This Procedure Follows The Abandonment Of A Procedure For Reasons Of General Interest (Insufficient Competition). This Is A Defense And Security Contract Awarded Following A Procedure With Negotiation In Application Of Articles L2324-1, L2324-3, R2324-1, R2324-3, R2361-1, R2361-8 To R2361-12 Of The Public Order Code. In Addition To Section 5.1.15: This Is A Composite Framework Agreement (With A Lump Sum Part For Defined Quantities, A Part For Purchase Orders And A Part For Subsequent Contracts) And Single Awardee With The Aim Of Supplying High Performance Inertial Units Embarkable On Aircraft And Associated Services For The Benefit Of Dga Essais En Vol. For Part 1 Flat Rate With Defined Quantities: Supply Of A First Inertial Unit And Its Associated Materials/Documentation And Training. For Part 2 With Purchase Orders: Supply Of Other Inertial Units And Their Associated Equipment/Documentation, Metrological Monitoring Services And Preventive Mco Services With Diagnosis To The Manufacturer Before Repair Of The Equipment. For Part 3 Of Subsequent Contracts: Curative Mco Services, Certain Subsequent Services Or Supplies, Not Defined To Date, Such As For Example Specific Studies, Ordinary Heightening Operations (Mho) Or Exceptional (Mhe) And Operations To Adapt The Means To Particular Tests. It Is Specified That The Deadline For Submission Of Envelopes Is 03/16/2026 At 12:00 P.M. (Paris Time). Those Listed In Section 5.1.12 Are In Utc Format.
