The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Provide Project Management Assistance To The Services Of The Pays De La Loire Region For The Preparation And Organization Of The Worldskills Skills Competition (Organization Of The Regional Finals, Preparation And Travel Of The Regional Skills Team To The National Finals). The 49Th And 50Th Editions Of The Worldskills Skills Competition Are Affected By This Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Concerns A Single Lot. The Framework Agreement Is Composed Of A Fixed Part And A Part Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders And Subsequent Contracts On The Basis Of The Prices Indicated In The Fixed And Unit Price Schedules (Annex 1 And Annex 2 To The Act Of Commitment). The Framework Agreement May Also Be Executed By Means Of Subsequent Contracts Which May Be: - Either At A Global And Fixed Price; - Or At Unit Prices; - Or At Mixed Prices. This Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded. The Minimum And Maximum Cumulative Amounts Of Orders And Subsequent Contracts That Can Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement Are Defined As Follows: Minimum Amount: €30,000 Excluding Vat For 24 Months - Maximum Amount: €110,000 Excluding Vat For 24 Months. It Is Concluded For A Period Of 24 Months, Renewable Once By Tacit Agreement For A Further Period Of 24 Months Without Its Duration Being Able To Exceed 48 Months.
