A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Following Annexes To The Swz: A. Bill Of Quantities - Annexes No. 6 To Swz, B. Technical Specification - Annexes No. 7 To Swz.3. The Implementation Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular: The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994, The Civil Code Act Of April 23, 1964, The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012, The Environmental Protection Law Act Of April 27, 2001 And The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law. 4. Before Preparing The Offer, The Contractor May Make A Local Inspection Of The Area. The Ordering Party Will Enable An On-Site Visit For Interested Contractors After Prior Written Notification Of The Willingness Of The Contractors Representatives To Participate In This Project To The E-Mail Address: [email protected]. The Application Should Include The Name And Surname Of The Person Participating In The On-Site Visit, As Well As A Contact Number To Provide Details Of The Time And Place Of The Visit, Which Will Depend On The Number Of Volunteers. The Visit Will Take Place In The Presence Of Authorized Officials On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. Arrival People Should Have Their Id Card With Them. An On-Site Visit To The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is Not Required, Therefore Submitting An Offer Without A Visit Will Not Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.6. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277.) Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Bill Of Quantities, Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Technical Specification, Annex No. 7 To The Swz. However, In A Situation Where This Service Will Be Performed By The Owner Of The Company, The Above Regulations Do Not Apply. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Dimension Full-Time Job. Regulations Related To Employment Verification And Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template - Annex No. 5 To Swz.7. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
