The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: 1. Insulation Of External Walls, 2. Insulation Of The Roof, 3. Replacement Of External Doors, 4. Replacement Of Windows, 5. Modernization Of Central Heating, 6. Construction Of The Electrical Installation, 7. Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation, 8. Construction Of A Telecommunications Installation, 9. Construction Of A Technical Building, 10. Construction Of Energy-Saving Led Lighting, 11. Creation Of A Band Around The Building From Cubes Concrete. The Exact Scope Of The Task Was Specified In The Attached Design Documentation. The Bill Of Quantities For Construction Works Specified The Estimated Amounts Of Construction Works To Be Performed. The Ordering Party Requires The Appointment Of A Construction Manager. Attention!1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Safe Access For Tenants Of Residential Premises During Construction Works.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Tenants 3 Days In Advance About The Date Of Planned Construction Works In The Residential Premises And, In Consultation With The Tenants Of The Residential Premises, Agree On The Method Of Access To The Places Of Execution Of Electrical And Sanitary Installations And Other Construction Works, As Well As The Area Needed To Carry Out Construction Works. Additional Information:1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To A) Provide The Necessary Supervision, B) Prepare: As-Built Geodetic Inventory, C) Obtain The Necessary Formal Approvals To Carry Out Construction Works.
