The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Work In The Design And Build System, Consisting In: 1) Development Of Design Documentation For The Permanent Organization Of Traffic Shelters, Pedestrian Crossings And Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Works In The Road, Including Obtaining Approval Of Traffic Organization Designs By The Traffic Organizer On Municipal And District Roads And With The Transfer Of Copyrights To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, With The Right To Exercise And Authorize The Exercise Of Derivative Copyrights To The Design Documentation To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Including The Transfer Of Ownership Rights To Copies And Cd/Dvd Media On Which The Design Documentation Was Recorded; 2) Execution Of Construction Works, Including Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works According To The Prepared Design Study - Approved Permanent Traffic Organization And For The Duration Of The Works Approved By The Traffic Organizer On Municipal And District Roads.2.
