Tenders Are Invited For Completion Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Second Local Government Nursery On Plot No. 94, Plot 0047, Sulęcin In Order To Create 40 Care Places

The Subject Of The Order Is The Completion Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Second Local Government Nursery On Plot No. 94, District 0047, Sulęcin, In Order To Create 40 Care Places, Including The Construction Of A Nursery With Accompanying Infrastructure And Land Development, On The Plot With Registration Number 94, Located In The Registration Area 0047, Sulęcin Ii. Implementation The Task Was Started Under A Previously Concluded Contract, From Which The Ordering Party Partially Withdrew. The Order Covers The Execution Of The Remaining Scope Of Works, Necessary For The Full And Correct Implementation Of The Investment. The Scope Of Works Covered By This Order Should Be Determined On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, I.E.: • Construction Design, • Detailed Design, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, • Bill Of Quantities, Taking Into Account The Current Inventory Of The Status Of Completed Works, Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz. The Inventory Referred To Above (Appendix No. 10) Specifies The Scope Of Works Performed Until The Date Of Withdrawal From The Contract With The Current Contractor And Constitutes The Basis For Determining The Scope Of Works Remaining To Be Performed, Which Are The Subject Of This Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works To The Extent Resulting From The Design Documentation, Excluding Works Already Performed, In Accordance With The Inventory, And To Perform All Works Necessary To Achieve A Complete, Functional And Compliant With The Regulations Final Effect Of The Investment. In The Event Of Disclosure In In The Course Of The Implementation Of The Works, Defects, Defects Or Omissions In The Works Performed Before The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Report Them To The Ordering Party Before Commencing Further Works In A Given Scope. Continuing The Works Without The Notification Referred To Above Means Confirmation Of The Correctness Of The Works Previously Performed To The Extent Enabling Further Implementation Of The Investment. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of Auxiliary And Informative Nature. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Discrepancies Between The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Bills Of Quantities And The Scope Of Works Resulting From The Design Documentation And Inventory. Bills Of Quantities Do Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Scope Of The Order Or The Contractors Remuneration. Note! The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Cutting Down Trees (The Ordering Party Did This On Its Own Before Starting The Investment). Tree Felling Should Not Be Taken Into Account (Pzt.W.01). The Ordering Party Gives Up The Charging Point For Electric Vehicles, Therefore It Should Not Be Included In The Offer Price.
