Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Electrical Materials (Order Divided Into 3 Parts)

1. The Subject Of The Order In Part No. 1 Is The Supply Of Various Electrical Materials;2. An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are: 1) Bid Price Calculation Form - Annex No. 1A To Swz For Part No. 1 - This Attachment Is Also A Form For Calculating The Offer Price And A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2) Provisions Of The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 4A For Part No. 1 ;3. The Goods Will Be Brand New, Delivered In Packaging Protecting Against Quantitative And Qualitative Changes.18. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Any Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Subject Of The Order Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.19. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Additional Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Pzp.4. As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Contractor Undertakes To Unload The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Designated Receiving Warehouse.5. The Contractor Shall Be Liable Towards The Ordering Party And Third Parties For Damage Caused In Connection With Placing The Subject Of The Order On The Market. Delivery Of Goods Is At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.6. The Contractor Provides At Least 12-Month Warranty For The Delivered Goods, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Goods By The Ordering Party, Provided That The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Will Not Be Shorter Than The Warranty Period Granted By The Manufacturer Of The Goods.7. The Delivery Should Be Made On The Ordering Partys Working Days From Monday To Friday (Business Days), Except For Public Holidays Falling Within This Period At 8.00 – 14.00.8.
