The Commissioned Work Concerns Plots Located On The Border Of The Kłaj Commune With The Bochnia District For Which The Boundary Points Located On The Above-Mentioned Border Have Not Been Determined With The Required Accuracy For The Details Of Accuracy Group I. The List Of Plots And Information On The Number Of Boundary Points For Which Work Should Be Carried Out Constitutes An Annex To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Contract Covers 51 Plots (216 Boundary Points, Item 1151, As Amended) - Hereinafter Referred To As The Act Of May 17, 1989, Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151), Hereinafter Referred To As: The Act, And The Applicable Implementing Provisions To The Above-Mentioned Law.
