Tenders Are Invited For Removal And Storage Of Vehicles In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law And Ships And Other Floating Objects In Accordance With The Act On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas 2026/27.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision, As Needed, Of Comprehensive, 24-Hour Services In The Field Of Removal And Storage In A Guarded Parking Lot Of Vehicles Secured In Accordance With Art. 130A Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 On Road Traffic And On Ships And Other Floating Objects Secured In Accordance With Art. 30 Of The Act Of 18 August 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas.2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Tasks.3. Task No. 1: Providing Comprehensive, 24-Hour Services In The Field Of Removal And Storage In A Guarded Parking Lot Of Vehicles Secured In Accordance With Art. 130A Of The Act Of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law.4. The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Task No. 1 Are Services Performed In The Jarosław District In The Manner Specified In Art. 130A Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law, Consisting In: 1) Removing Vehicles From Roads Located In The Jarosław District To The Guarded Deposit Parking Lot Designated By The Ordering Party, I.E.: A) Bicycles, Mopeds, Motorcycles, Electric Scooters And Personal Transport Devices; B) Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight (Dcm) Up To 3.5 Tons, C) Vehicles With A Permissible Weight Gross Vehicle Weight (Dcm) Above 3.5 Tons To 7.5 Tons, D) Vehicles With A Total Permissible Weight (Dcm) Above 7.5 Tons And Up To 16 Tons, E) Vehicle With A Total Permissible Weight (Dcm) Above 16 Tons; 2) Storing Vehicles Removed From Roads Located In The Jarosław District In A Guarded Deposit Parking Lot Designated By The Ordering Party, I.E.: A) Bicycles, Mopeds, Motorcycles, Electric Scooters And Personal Transport Devices,B) Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight (Dcm) Up To 3.5 Tons,C) Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight (Dcm) Above 3.5 Tons And Up To 7.5 Tons,D) Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight (Dcm) Above 7.5 Tons And Up To 16 Tons,E) Vehicle With A Permissible Total Weight (Dcm) Above 16 Tons.5. The Decision To Remove The Vehicle From The Road To The Deposit Parking Lot Is Made By The Authorized Body Specified In Art. 130A Of The Road Traffic Law.6. Services Of Removing Vehicles From Roads Located In The Jarosław District To The Guarded Deposit Parking Lot Designated By The Ordering Party In The Manner Specified In Art. 130A Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law Include: 1) Access To The Place Of The Incident Using Appropriate Transport Equipment Intended For Removing And Moving Vehicles; 2) Loading And Securing The Vehicle, Including The Load If It Is On The Vehicle, Against Damage, Destruction Or Theft During Transport To The Depository Parking Lot; 3) Access With The Vehicle Being Removed To The Depository Parking Lot; 4) Unloading The Transport Equipment And Transferring The Vehicle To The Depository Parking Lot, Including The Load, If Is Located On The Vehicle;5) Maintaining And Collecting Appropriate Documentation Related To The Services Provided.7.
