The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Propane Liquid Gas For Heating Purposes Based On The Following Guidelines: 1) Place Of Gas Delivery: School Complex Of The Agricultural Education Center. Powstańców Wielkopolskich W Bielice, Bielice 1, 88-330 Gębice.2) 9 Tanks, Each Tank Has A Capacity Of 6.4 M3.3) Estimated Gas Consumption During The Term Of The Contract Will Be Approximately 450,000 L. 4) The Supplied Gas Should Have Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Pn-C-96008:1998 Standard.5) As Part Of The Gas Supply, The Supplier Is Obliged To Providing Service, Technical Support And Inspections Of Tank Stations Owned By The Ordering Party Before The Heating Season. This Task Does Not Include Commissioning And Carrying Out Technical Supervision Activities, Which, Together With Inspections Of Gas Boilers, Are Performed By The Ordering Party.6) The Ordering Party Informs That It Is Exempt From Excise Duty On Gas And Has Appropriate Entries In This Respect In The Central Register Of Excise Entities.7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current License/Permit To Trade In Liquid Fuels Covered By This Procedure In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of April 10 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266) Issued By The Energy Regulatory Office.
