Tenders Are Invited For Organizing Financial Education Workshops For Participants Of The Project Entitled: Active Integration Of People At Risk Of Social Exclusion In The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize Workshops On Financial Education For Participants Of The Project Entitled: Active Integration Of People At Risk Of Social Exclusion In The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza Implemented By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Dąbrowa Górnicza Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021 - 2027 Program, Priority Fesl.07 European Funds For Society, Measure 7.2 Active Integration.2. Number Of Hours: A Total Of 40 Clock Hours (1 Hour = 60 Minutes), I.E. The Workshops Include 4 Days Of Workshops Of 5 Hours Each, Which Gives A Total Of 20 Hours For Each Of The Two Groups. On Each Day Of The Workshop, 2 Coffee Breaks (15 Minutes) Are Planned For Each Group, Which Are Included In The Workshop Time. The Workshops Should Be Carried Out From Monday To Friday From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. In Accordance With The Prepared Class Schedule, And Workshops For One Group Should Be Held On Different Days Than For The Other Group.3. Number Of Participants: Maximum 20 Participants In Two Groups, Maximum 12 People Each. The Ordering Party Informs That The Workshop Participants Did Not Report The Need For Support In The Scope Of Art. 6 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs.4. Place Of Implementation: Place Indicated By The Contractor, But The Room Where The Workshops Will Be Held Must Be Located In The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza. 5. The Ordering Party Undertakes To: A) Provide The Contractor With A Template Of The Attendance List, A List Confirming The Receipt Of Teaching Materials, A List Confirming The Receipt Of The Coffee Service, B) Prepare A Schedule Of Meetings With Participants And Forward It To The Contractor, C) Inform The Participants About The Date And Place Of The Commencement Of Classes, D) Prepare A Service Acceptance Protocol, E) In The Absence Of A Certificate/Certificate/Attestation Confirming The Participation Of The Person Assigned To Carry Out The Order In The Training/Workshop Regarding The Principles Of Equality Opportunities And Non-Discrimination And Equality Between Women And Men, Training In The Above-Mentioned Topics.6. Required Qualifications And Experience Of The Person Conducting The Workshops: A) The Person Conducting The Workshops Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Professional Experience In Conducting Classes/Workshops In The Field Of Financial Education. B) The Ordering Party Allows The Change Of The Person Conducting The Workshops Under The Conditions Specified In § 2 Point 6 Lit. B) Draft Contract (Appendix No. 3 To Swz).7. Description Of Issues Required To Be Discussed During The Workshops: A) The Aim Of Financial Education Workshops Is To Acquire Knowledge By Participants On Issues Related To The Management Of Personal Finances, Household Budgets, Increasing Economic Awareness, Counteracting Financial Exclusion And Shaping Appropriate Consumer Attitudes. B) Topics Of Financial Education Workshops: • Home Budget And Personal Finance Management: Planning A Household
