The Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law, The Public Procurement Law, Technical And Construction Regulations, Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety And Environmental Protection Regulations, As Well As In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines And Needs Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex A To The Swz And The Decision Of The Mayor Of The Brwinów Commune To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Constituting Annex B To The Swz. Scope Of The Subject Contracts: 1) Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Construction Design, Detailed Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Bills Of Quantities Together With Investor Cost Estimates In 4 Copies In Paper Version, 1 In Electronic Version, 2) Obtaining All Legally Required And Necessary Decisions, Notifications, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Conditions, Etc., 3) Obtaining The Final Construction Permit, 4) Exercising Authors Supervision.
