1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of A Multifunction Device For The Faculty Of Medicine Of The University Of Opole - 1 Pc.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.3. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order3.1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.3.2. As Part Of The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Bring The Complete And Assembled (On-Site Assembly Is Allowed) Subject Of The Order (With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within The Time Specified In Point. 4. If Additional Materials, Elements And Equipment Are Required For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer.3.3. The Contractor Must Offer To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Employers Requirements Specified In The Swz And Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order With The Offer.3.4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All The Requirements Of A Safe Product In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) 2023/988 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 10 May 2023 On General Product Safety, Amending Regulation (Eu) No 1025/2012 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Directive (Eu) 2020/1828 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Repealing Directive 2001/95/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of The European Union And Of The Council And Council Directive 87/357/Eec Of 10 May 2023 (Oj Eu No. 135, P. 1). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand-New Item Of Order (In Particular, Unrepaired, Unrefabricated, Not Exhibited, Previously Unused) From Current Production And A Legal Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials) And Compliant With Opz.4. Warranty4.1. The Contractor Provides A Twenty-Four [24] Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order.4.2. The Warranty Period Indicated In Point 4.1. Is The Minimum Period. The Contractor May Include In His Offer A Longer Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Contract, But No Longer Than Sixty [60] Months. Point. 19.2.3. Swz Applies.4.3. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is Counted From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order (Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol).5.1. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Is Fifteen [15] Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.5.2. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 5.1. Is The Maximum Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order. In The Offer, The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order, But Not Shorter Than Three [3] Business Days
