1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Design Works And Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Extension Of The Wartstrada Wartway Cycling Route In Poznań North From The Existing Str. Nadrzeże In The Area Of The Lech Bridge To The Football And Cycling Bridge In Owiński. The Planned Route Will Be A Continuation Of The Existing Pedestrian And Cycling Route Running On The Left Bank Of The Warta River. Along The Street Waterfront And Will Be Implemented Partly In The Existing Road System, And Partly As A Newly Built Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles. The Investment Includes The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, Construction Of Lighting, Video Monitoring, Small Architectural Elements And A Bridge Structure (Pedestrian And Bicycle Footbridge). The Investment Task Has Been Divided Into 12 Sections Differentiated In Terms Of The Scope Of Work Necessary To Be Performed. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Under Which Design Documentation Must Be Developed, On The Basis Of Which The Works Will Be Carried Out Construction. Project Scope:• Preparation Of Maps For Design Purposes;• Preparation Of An Inventory Of Building Structures;• Preparation Of Construction Designs;• Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions, Permits, Consents And Approvals;• Preparation Of Geotechnical Studies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task;• Preparation Of An Inventory Of Greenery;• Obtaining Permission To Remove Trees And Shrubs Colliding With The Investment (If Necessary), Including, Among Others Development Of A Draft Replacement Planting Plan;• Development And Approval Of Temporary Traffic Organization Projects;• Development And Approval Of Permanent Traffic Organization Projects;• Obtaining Administrative Decisions Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works;• Development Of Executive Designs;• Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works;• Development Of Information Regarding Health And Safety. Scope Of Implementation:• Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works Based On Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party;• Obtaining A Decision On An Occupancy Permit;• Preparation Of Documentation As-Built (Including Protocols, Approval Certificates, Approvals, Information On The Granted Warranty) And As-Built Geodetic Inventories. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Services Related To The Works Performed, In Particular: • Execution, Maintenance During The Implementation Of The Works And Dismantling After Their Completion Of Temporary Marking And Protection Of The Construction Site And Temporary Traffic Organization, • Arrangement, Maintenance And Liquidation Of The Construction Site, • Tidying Up And Restoring The Area Disturbed During Execution Of Works, • Execution, Assembly, Maintenance And Dismantling Of Information Boards (Pim Boards Informing About The Inves
