Tenders Are Invited For Providing Water Rescue Services In The Indoor Swimming Pool At Ul. Wrzosów 2 In Krapkowice

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Water Rescue Services In The Indoor Swimming Pool Located In Krapkowice At Ul. Wrzosów 2, Including Rescue Services Of The Indoor Swimming Pool. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Comprehensive Rescue Protection In The Area Of The Indoor Swimming Pool 2) Provide First Aid In The Area Of The Indoor Swimming Pool During Its Opening Hours, Including Basic Treatment Of Wounds And Injuries, And In More Serious Cases - Calling An Ambulance; 3) Ensuring The Safety Of Persons Using The Swimming Pool In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas, Together With Implementing Acts; 4) Supervising The Compliance Of Persons Using The Swimming Pool With The Applicable Regulations Of The Indoor Swimming Pool, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, Including Instructing Organized Groups And Individual Persons Using The Swimming Pool About The Applicable Regulations; 5) Ensuring The Continuity Of Staffing Of Rescue Stations In The Swimming Pool During Its Working Hours, Excluding Selected Holidays; 6) Ensuring A Person Responsible On The Part Of The Contractor For Control And Supervision Of The Correct Implementation Of The Entrusted Task (Coordinator); 7) Keeping The Lifeguards Equipped With Uniforms And Footwear In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Requirements;8) Taking Care Of The Rescue Station And Maintaining The Entrusted Equipment;9) Ensuring That Each Rescuer Carrying Out The Subject Of This Order Has: A) Current Qualifications Granted By A Rescue Organization With Permission To Perform Water Rescue, Issued By The Minister Responsible For Internal Affairs, B) A Certificate Of Completion Of The Qualified First Aid Course C) Ensuring That Foreign-Speaking Rescuers Have The Ability To Speak Polish At Level B1
