The Work Also Includes The Installation Of New Risers And New Distribution Systems In Kitchens, Bathrooms And Toilets, And The Replacement Of Fixtures And Fittings. Smaller Layout Adjustments Will Also Be Made In The Bathrooms And Toilets. The Work Will Take Place During Operation, When The Individual Apartments Are Used By The Clients Tenants. With Regard To The Above, The Work Procedure Of The Selected Contractor Must Be Such As To Limit The Use Of The Apartments In Question As Little As Possible.
