The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Two (2) Contractors For The Supply Of New And Used Tires And Wheels, Including Associated Service Services. Both Contractors Have An Equal Position Within The Framework Agreement. Due To Differences In Price, Availability, Geographical Location Or Other Predetermined Criteria, The Actual Distribution Of Orders Between The Contractors May Differ. This Possible Inequality In Assignment Allocation Does Not Affect The Equal Position Of Both Contractors Within The Framework Agreement. The Following Maximum Contract Value Has Been Included For This Tender, Over The Period Of Four (4) Years: € 300,000 Excl. Vat.
