The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Supply Of Boxes Made Up Of Gourmet Products. These Are Gifts Given To Elderly People In The Town Of Levallois For The Christmas Festivities. The Description Of The Expected Services, Their Specifications And The Administrative Information Of The Market Are Specified In The Specifications Of Special Clauses (Ccp). This Contract Is Subject To The Provisions Of The Public Order Code. This Document Is Referred To As “The Code” Throughout The Consultation Documents. Described As A Supplies Contract, It Is Subject To The Provisions Of The Ccag “Routine Supplies And Services” Approved By Order Of March 30, 2021. It Is Awarded According To The Open Call For Tenders Procedure Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 And R. 2161-1 To 5 Of The Code. It Constitutes A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Within The Meaning Of Article L. 2125-1 Of The Code. It Is Subject To The Provisions Of Articles And R.2162-1 To R.2162-6 Of The Code. The Contract Will Be Awarded To A Single Holder For A Maximum Duration Of 4 Years Including Renewals.
