Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead Is Conducting A Procedure Of The Type Negotiation With A Preliminary Invitation To Participate With The Subject: Construction And Installation Works For The Replacement And Reconstruction Of Main And Floor Electricity Meter Panels In Residential Buildings On The Territory Of The City Of Sofia, Ref. No. Prs 25-174. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 4 (Four) Separate Items As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Construction And Installation Works For The Replacement And Reconstruction Of Main And Floor Electricity Meter Panels In Residential Buildings On The Territory Of The City Of Sofia - Oc Iztok. Separate Position No. 1 Covers And Will Be Implemented On The Territory Of The Following Regions Of The Capital Municipality: Mladost, Iskar, Pancharevo, Izgrev, Sredets, Samokov (So-Called Yarema And The Town Of Stenata) And Studentski Grad. Separate Position No. 2: Construction And Assembly Works For The Replacement And Reconstruction Of Main And Floor Electricity Meter Panels In Residential Buildings On The Territory Of The City Of Sofia - Oc Zapad. Separate Position No. 2 Covers And Will Be Carried Out On The Territory Of The Following Regions Of The Capital Municipality: Novi Iskar, Lyulin, Vazrazhdane, Vrabnitsa, Bankya, Ilinden And Krasna Polyana. Separate Position No. 3: Construction And Installation Works For The Replacement And Reconstruction Of Main And Floor Electricity Meter Panels In Residential Buildings On The Territory Of The City Of Sofia - Oc Sever. Separate Position No. 3 Covers And Will Be Implemented On The Territory Of The Following Districts Of The Capital Municipality: Serdika, Poduyane, Slatina, Kremikovtsi, Oborishte And Nadezhda. Separate Position No. 4: Construction And Installation Works For The Replacement And Reconstruction Of Main And Floor Electricity Meter Panels In Residential Buildings On The Territory Of The City Of Sofia - Oc Yug. Separate Position No. 4 Covers And Will Be Implemented On The Territory Of The Following Regions Of The Capital Municipality: Lozenets, Krasno Selo, Triaditsa, Ovcha Kupel And Vitosha. Each Candidate/Participant Can Participate For All Allocated Positions (One Or More Allocated Positions, Up To The Maximum Number Of Allocated Positions For The Subject Of The Procurement). The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Individual Positions That Can Be Assigned To The Same Contractor. The Term Of The Contract For Each Specific Position Is 30 (Thirty) Months, Counted From The Date On Which It Was Concluded Or Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract Is Reached, Depending On Which Of The Events So Specified Will Occur First In Time. The Performance Of The Contract For Each Specific Position Will Be Carried Out Depending On The Technical Readiness Of The Contracting Authority To Assign The Performance. For The Assignment Of The Specific Types Of Works, The Contracting Authority Draws Up A Document For The Assignment Of The Performance. The Acceptance Of The Completed Work According To Each Performance Assignment Document Is Carried Out With An Acceptance Protocol Signed By Both Parties To The Contract, In The Order And Manner Described In The Draft Contract.
