The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Supervision Activities Within The Meaning Of Art. 166 And Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) During Construction And Installation Works On A Site: Repair Of A Bridge Located On Municipal Road Pvn 1042 At Km 3+100. The Scope Of Construction Supervision Work Includes: Activity 1. Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Site, Until The Drafting Of A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Appendix No. 15 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction), In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut And Guaranteeing The Application Of The Bulgarian Normative Requirements; Activity 2. Fulfilling The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works. Activity 3. Preparation Of A Final Report In The Sense Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut And Technical Passport, According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006, For The Site Or For The Relevant Part Of It, If A Phased Handover Of Parts Of The Construction Contract Is Carried Out. The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For This Public Procurement.
