Selection Of A Contractor For Compliance Assessment And Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Emergency-Restoration Works Of The Roof, Facade And Hall To The Town Hall In The Village Of Sinyo Bardo, The Subject Includes The Following Activities For Each Of The Constructions: - Evaluation Of Compliance Of Projects - Exercising Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, Including Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Put Into The Construction, Which Ensures The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Construction Is Put Into Operation, Including Control Of The Quantities, Quality And Compliance Of The Construction And Installation Works Performed - Fulfilling The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Mentioned Ordinance; - Preparation Of A Final Report On The Construction, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And Preparation Of A Technical Passport For The Construction In Accordance With Art. 176A Of Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On Technical Passports Of Constructions; - Management Of Commissioning Processes Until The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Commissioning / Permit For Use; - Bearing Responsibility Under Art. 168 Para. 7 Of The Zut Until The Expiration Of The Warranty Periods For The Relevant Types Of Smr.
